Raw Hair Factory Indianapolis Indiana rawhairfactory.com I've been waiting to receive an order that I paid 336.00 for on the 20th of Feb Dallas Texas

I placed an order with this company on the 20th on Feb, I contacted this company 2 days later because I never received an email stating that my order was received or it's being processed etc, I spoke with a representitive at the company whom first asked me did I pay for the order I said yes, gave her the invoice number D237 she then put me on hold.

I asked her what was wrong she said she couldn't find my order and put me back on hold came back to the phone and said she found it and it will ship on or before the 5th, I said to her that's not what your shipping state on your website, she said to me you will recieve it before the 5th I said okay. I then wait for a tracking number never received one on the 6th I contact them again asking for a tracking number for my order someone emails me back stating I will get a tracking number sometime after midnight????

I'm like I was suppose to receive it on or before the 5th per your employee, by this time im livid, I'm asking what in the hell is goingi on I've paid almost 400.00 to this company for a sample  order.... Instead of trying to reslove the issue whom ever it was emailing me wanted to scolled me on using the word hell!!!, lol how funny is that????

To make a long story short I never received a tracking number because they didn't have the product, I demanded a refund now, they blocked me as they did the other company do not order from this company!!!!
