traded in a 2011 avalanche they payed it off for 26000 we was to get 7,000 but took 1000 the fix my bumper left 6000 to give us in cash or to pay down on the 2012 Buick Verano but seen none of it. said it went for paper work and title work and can't do anything about it. the have paper work to cover it all up. so i got scrwed out of my Avalanche worth 40,000 for a car worth 16,000 and no money back
