I agree entirely with the other gentleman from Texas. My wife was sold a franchise opportunity by Ray Rhone who in my personal opinion is conducting fraud and misrepresentations and should be investigated. Yes it is done Offshore in a effort to protect their assets from Claims by the many people Victimized by Ray Rhone Etal.

I have been 30 years in the investment business and know fraud and misrepresenation when I see it. Ray Rhone worked in past at Bank Paribas doing venture deals and I was flown by Ray using a false name to a board meeting where I met Venstra and the Angel Investors who included a guy Michigan Gas company. I am a CTA and former Sr. Technical Strategist for ABN AMRO and was recruited by Ray Rhone to become a trader for Ray Rhones Group in NY. Upon moving to NY and reporting to duty I was told that Ray Rhone and his group had left Bank Paribas and I was homeless in NY. I have many friends in the business and ended up surviving the unfortunate experience by working in NY for a year with former boss from Cantor Fitzgerald and ended up going to Sydney Australia for a years Consulting for the biggest investment bank in Australia.

I was contacted by Ray Rhone again years later when Ray Rhone said he could raise significant money for my Trading Group. I was working at O Connor Trading a very prestigous group in Chicago at the time and Ray Rhone was speaking about giving me a piece of his miriad of company for a group set up off shore in Switzerland. Kiwi and Blue something in exchange for my successful portfolio management business and high level subscription business and daily Technical Based Newsletter I personally author daily. I was getting paid by ABN and MF GLOBAL two Top Tier Ligitamate companies along with other Professional Traders from Chicago who were profiting from my trading ideas. Bob Kallay and Corey Zimmerman also fell victim to the Ray Rhone schemes and promises to raise the proverbial millions, billions, trillions from his client base.

If you Close your Eyes you will clearly see all the money Ray raised for our group. He also was working with an Financial Services Portal Investor Worm.com trying to get my work for free delivered as valued product for his site.

Please put this guy away before he takes advantage of others. I am currently in Naples Fla. where another high level fraud was recently put in Jail for Security Fraud named Rodney James. Kyle Collins, Ray Rhone and others were all involved in raising money from empty companies during the .com era bubble top from well healed investors. A very reputable man named Bob Geist was taken advantage of by both Ray Rhone introduced by Kyle Collins from Naples Cay in Naples Fla. where I was at several meetings. I was the only legitimate deal at the table. I have made millions of dollar of profits and all the deals were endless pipe dreams presented by Ray Rhone, Kyle Collins and Rodney James. One of the deals made it to 60 minutes fame Loans for Title Ponzi Scam from Atlanta Ga that Rodney James raised substantial money as well as bilking fine ligitimate people out of millions.

fyi. Ray Rhone lives with his wife in up state NY. His wife who Ray is very protective and keeps isolated from his business dealings, father was alledgedly CEO or high level position in ATT Canada.

Many hard working people were taken advantage of by Ray Rhone and Z Land including my wife Christine. But I am sure there is much more business dealings that Ray was involved with and many more stories. I am just glad I came upon this report so I can share my story in the hopes that it helps others.
