Ray Skillman stated on many TV ad's that this week only NO CREDIT CHECK to buy a car. Stated that everyone would be approved. Showed brand new cars in the front lot.
When I went there and told them I had seen the TV advertsiment and wanted to look at cars. They infromed me that I had to go to the "back lot" behind the car dealership.
We went to the back where they had a trailer and about 10 cars/trucks. Taked to the car salesman who informed us that these were the only cars/trucks that we could buy on their buy here. pay here deal.
Told us that what ever we bought had to be paid off in two years and that the interest would be 21%. Then he stated that he would need to run a credit check on us.
The TV never stated that. They showed new cars and said everyone is already approved. We drove 80 miles to get there. I called ahead of time and all they said was, Come on in, it is a simple process and you can drive off in a new car and trade your in.
This is false advertisment and they should be held accountable for it.
