I went in to business with my brother in law as a partner and gave him my settlement money of $30, 000.00 cash.  He Raymond had promise and gave his word of during business together would profit him as well as me.  At the time I was strapped for funds and his sister at that time lost her job due to a knee injury and we had no health insurance.  Raymond produced a real convincing proposal and documents to back it up.  We had a mutal working relationship for a few months there after he stop paying me my salary and said that business was not doing good and when I asked for records, back up paper work and accountant information he gave me the run around and by accident I was given a box of papers from someone in his family and that particular box proved that he Raymond was cheating, stealing and hiding funds from the business behind my back  The partnership was set up that he Raymond was 51 % owner and I was 49% owner.  At that point he owed me over $ 4,000.00 in back pay of which he never satified I have a hand written letter from he stating that he has no intention of paying me back any part of my owed pay.  At this point we both agreed that we should do a Dissolution of Partnership .  I hold a Promissory Note for $ 50,000.00 Agreement to be paid over 5 years ( 60 monthly payments of $ 833.33) which aslo states that if he is late there will be a late fee charge of $ 100.00.  He only paid $ 27592.68 and has not paid any more and till today 7 years later.  He owns a buisness and continues to brag how he has a business and refuses to pay me one penny more.  When I call he says leave me alone or curses with saying when I have it you will get it.  The remaining balance owed me is $ 28,800.72.  According to several attorneys Raymond A. Maglione CLOSED the business up and since the Promissory Note was against the business and not in Raymond A. Maglione Sr. name I have no recourse.  Only after this partnership went sour did other people come out of the woodwork and tell me how he borrows and steals from others to gain in business for himself.  I have all and any paperwork to prove my case and how Raymond A. Maglione Sr. stole from me through the business and still owes me money.   Beware of any proposal that may sound convincing as well as make sure that not only does the business owe you but the person him or herself owes you.
