Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I recieved a title for $4000.00 but th final load amount was $9000.00 they tried too repo my vehihcle because they said the gps was removed and i broke the agreement. But it had not been removed.I then put the loan in my chapter 13. they where recieving payments. and they it was discharged and i have not recieved my title back. I tried too make contact but the numbers are not working anymore..I cannot trade my vehicle because they are still showing as lein holder.

Your report doesn't make sense when you were talking about discharge of the debt for filing chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 doesn't elimate the debt but rather allow easier payment plan. You simply pay them at your affordable level but less than normal amount. If you have not finished paying the debt, they can still leave the lien on your car.
