In attention of Mr. Min Liang Tan,

The Founder of Razerzone and CEO

 

I am deeply disappointed by the customer service that your company provides at the moment.

For the last 3 days, myself and my colleague tried to buy one of your computer, Razer Pro for 2909$ ( a LOT OF MONEY)! my friend had been saving this money for a long time, and we can't purchase it.

My account limit is over 3000$, billing address is matching with the shipping, I called the bank 3 times for the last 1 hour and they ensured me that everything is fine and the issue is on the website I am trying to use. Changed also the browser, used Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, Safari.................. nothing works.

 

Therefore, called customer agents, particular phone number 8558725233, talked to couple of agents. They transferred me to a different number, and didn't want to give me the actual phone number as you don't have it. When I got transferred to the "actual" phone number the agent couldn't tell me what was the problem. He exactly told me like that, " he didn't know where the issue was,  so I asked for a management phone number and he never replied back, I just heard a silence for 2-3 minutes.

 

The Customer Service that you provide for now is terrible, at least it was on the 5/21/15. We are trying to purchase a Laptop for 3000$, never heard of such an expensive laptop and we CAN'T. JUST RIDICULOUS.

". We are deeply upset that a company that claims to be the best world's gaming brand has such a bad, bad, bad and inefficient customer service.
