RC Willey Worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. Meridian Idaho

We purchased a Samsung LCD T.V. 9/27/2008. On January 7th, it started turning itself on and off. I called RC Willey and they had a repair man out the next day. He said he would have to order a part. After waiting 10 days I called to find out why nothing was happening. Long story short, the part came in three days later but then I was told it was the wrong part and they actually would have to replace the entire back panel and it would probably be three weeks before they could get the part. I told the guy that was ridiculous, and called RC Willey. Their customer service told me I could not return the t.v. because if was over their 14 day return policy, but she could be me a loaner.

Of course, they didn't have any loaner t.v.s because they were all part of the clearance sale, but she would call me if one came available. After I got off the phone, I got really mad. I paid $1800.00 for a new t.v. and I bought the extended warranty and it's only 3 months old and it doesn't work. I called and ask to speak to a manager. Of course, she was on the other phone. I told her to have her manager call me. I never got a call.
Now it's 1/30/09 and still no call so my husband called. Needless to say, they got an earful.

They still have no date when it will be fixed, they will not take it back and they act like it's our problem. The moral of the story is this...I will never spend another dollar in that store (I have spent thousands there) and I will bad mouth them to everyone I can. There is no excuse for bad customer service. Over three weeks with no t.v. and it will probably be another 3 weeks. How lovely.
