I was charged $21.00 by my bank for 3-$2.99 rebate checks the reach company stopped payment on. I was never contacted by the company for the reason why they stopped payment and I am not sure who to call. I have another check also that I did not try to cash because I did not want charged another $7.00 in case they were not going to honor this one also.
