Where do I even begin???? I have been in the program for many years and was looking to apply to Real Life Recovery until I did some research. Let’s break this down into 3 sections. First the company is a complete scam. All they do is IOP/PHP drug testing and have clients come to a few groups just to charge the insurance companies massive amounts of money. This place is a joke. Free rent... that's their game when they are charging your insurance company well over 10 grand a week just to test your pee. Who the heck knows how this company even stays together. It won’t be long until they get shut down as many report insurance fraud. Second let’s talk about Ahmad Bryant. I will spare you many of the details but according to many former clients he talks a great game about being off drugs and how Real Life Recovery along with their housing called Halfway There is a big family. Well Ahmad what’s the deal with you getting a DUI at 8am in the freaking morning a few months ago. I am sure you patients would love to hear how you went to jail for a DUI. Must have been out late if you got arrested at 8am. Also how many scam companies do you run. A cleaning business come on. Every job you have says you have 15 years’ experience in everything you must have a lot of skills. For my last part of my review let’s talk about Eric Snyder who is the CEO. Sleeping with both clients and also coworkers. He is the biggest scam in the whole company. All he wants is your money who even knows if he is clean and sober. He is having kids with everyone. Look at his Facebook page. Pictures of him dressing like a gang member and money all over the place and hanging out with strippers come on is this a joke. You have more court cases going on right now about denying children and child support in your life.http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Florida/Palm-Beach-County-FL/Eric-James-Snyder.21200561.html Looks like you got into it with the cops a few years ago while running a halfway house and also a treatment center. Let’s be realistic here. A company is here to make money and also help people at the same time yes. But this place just scams everyone and the people who run the place are nothing but trouble. To think I almost applied for a job where who knows I could be going to jail for a scam they run. Hope this helps many who are looking to apply at Real Life Recovery.

Ok so first off the "employee" aka ex employee now taking up for this fraudulent business is me James chism. Commonly known and Carleton from fresh prince who is the notorious Ahmad DUI Bryants mini sidekick who assist him and eric Snyder around the real life facility finding new ways to charge the insurance company's and stick clients in positions not needed for their own benefit. Not only does Ahmad have no experience of the aa na program he is not in recovery and actually has known affiliation and family that deal drugs and are members of a local gang and on top of his inexperience he also gets arrested for driving under the influence while being the director of an outpatient program. Or in other words WAS until tho morning when finally from a long time coMing the IRS and Federal Agents with the FBI raided both if their business' confiscating all files and computers so finally coming to and end of the major over billing fraud this company has become we'll known with among other disgusting things a conpany in this industry has no business doing.

Unfortunately like many reports on this site there are very few facts to support the claims in this post. Real Life Recovery has been a DCF Licensed Center since July of 2012. Real Life recovery just had their DCF inspection and scored a 95% out of a possible 100%.
Eric Snyder the CEO has one child, Eric Jr. who he loves very much and as always supported and provided for. Mr. Bryant has been involved in treatment industry (9) years (7) years of which in the adolescent treatment field where extensive back ground checks are performed.
Real Life recovery has treated over 600 clients in the last two years and have never had a formal complaint filed by a single client. Also Real Life recovery provides over (60) scholarships a year and in June donated $20,000.00 to Horses Healing Hearts a local charity that supports children in families suffering from substance abuse.
