16:23:332014-03-182014-03-18On 3/13/2014 i put in an orde for my medication.i spoke with kevin robert,he took my order then i proceaded to pay for my meds with my credit card which was stated on the web site you could pay that way. at that time he told me that i need to pay him by a green dot money pak card he said it was do to me being a new customer. I hesitated for a minute then he assured me that this was always the way they did it.i finally said ok and went and purchased a gree dot money pak card at my local rite aid store. I then caled him back and proceded to give him the 14 digit code on the card to pay for the meds,he proceded to do the transaction and told me my meds would be recieved over night shipping at my door by 3/14/ 2014.. About an hour later he calls me back stating that my package was sent out by the shipper but was sent with more meds then i ordered.he stated to me that i would need to send them anouther 350.00 for the shipment and they would send me a check with the package to reamburse me the up front money i was sending them..so i had to get anouther greendot card money pak card at my local rite aid..i called him back(kevin robertson) and agian procedid to give him the 14 digit code he said all was well and i would recieve my meds the next day..I then recieved anouther call from kevin robertson stating at this time there was a problem with my packege in customes that they needed anouther amount of 700.00 to get it throug customes do to them labeling and puting in two seperat money transactions for my package.. i then ask to speak to a supervisor his name was steve, i ask him what was going on and why this was happenning he gave me a lot of off base reasons and then ashourd me that yhey would send me a check for all the incurring extra money i was sending them. at one point he stated he had to pay a customs officer the money which at that time i did not understand why you would give money to a customs officer to relase a packege?? So at this point he put me back in toutch with kevin robersonwho ashured me all would be ok ..

AT this point i was already 700.00 in the hole and they stated i woould not recieve my meds unless i did this. so i went and got anouther two green dot money pak cards. by the time i got home the phone was ringing and it was mr Roberson asking for me to give him the 14 digit codes on the cards to proceed with my order at this point i asked him what was my tracking # he told me it was,ed38133330031id i then gave him the 14 digit numbers on the green dot moneypak cards..he said dont worie i will have your meds to you by monday now which was sapose to be to me on friday the 14th..again he ashoured me that he would give me a call on the 8th saturday to make sure all is well for my delivery on monday..I never receaved that call that was sapose to be on saturday morning..at thiis point i put a call in to the company several times leaving messages.to no pervail no repl back..

At this point i called the united states post office asking for a tracking number to be checked on they proceded to track it and told me it was in customs from the 6th of march. now how can a package be going through customes on the 6th of march when i put my order in on the13 of march?? I started to put two and two together and realized something was very wrong..At this point all i could do was wait till monday and hopefully speek with them. Monday came and i kept calling finally a gentalman by the name of mike, who talked with me on the phone i told him of my sittuation and he seamed very perplexed about all that had ben going on ,yet he told me he would have kevin roberts call me right back two hours latter i finally recieved a call from him.at this point i brought up the incedentiol factor of how could he give me a tracking # from the 6th of march when my package was never sent out till the 13th of march.. he became dum foundid on how i knew this information and started to try and make up all kinds of excusses.. At this point he again  reasured me that my package was being taken care of an i was receiving it that evenning with a chechk to reamburs me the extra moneys i paid..well the evening came and went and there was no package.

Before calling mr roberts on tuesday morningi decided to call the united states postal service to see if that original id tracking #ed38130031id package had arived some were sure enough it had arived at 121 pm monday the 17th march to ingelstown nj oo726 and signed for by j cruse. at this point i called mr kevin robertson and told him whats going on with my package he continued to give me the jist that he was taking care of the situation and would be getting back with me on that day or tues day.. at that point i had a dicusion about how he lied to me about my package be ing in customs then having to be relased etc. i also told him about my knowledge of the package tracking#id38130031id being deliverd he then stated to me that i would be receiving my package via pickup from there to me  on tuesday..at this point i dont no what to believe or what to think of this sittuation all i kneww is something fishy was going on.. tuesday morning comes an i call and leave a message to speak to kevin robertson on the ansewring machine about two hours latter he calls me and he has the radasity to ask me for anouther 400.00 to deliver the package that it was already in nh ready to deliverit to me.. well i just about had enough of this hole bull s**t skeem these people were doing. I told him there was no way i was paying 400.00 to have my package delivered .He then stated that the person bringing it needde that amount to deliver it???? went up in my mind the postal service was sappose to be delivering this to me not some private carrier all these orders he told me from before originated in india.. if it goes throug customes and then has your address on it then it should be sent to me directly by usp mail...

finaly at this pont i refused to give him anouther 400.00 and stated that you have a money back garenty i asked for my money back and he proceded to try and tell me it would take three mounths to get my money back at this point i was besideds my self come on what company in this world is going to take three mounths to refund your money .. at this point i new i was being scamed and just told him that if i did not recieve my money back in 7 buisness days as the law provides for i would start through the right channels to report him.. he then state please dont go and do that i told him he left me no choice in the mater ethier deliver my package or give me my money back right away.. Again he stated very afraidly not to talkt to any tipe of athourities.. I left him with that i would be doing so since my moiney was not being reamburst to me in a propoer maner...then at that point hung up on me... Paul manchester nh
