My experience as a property owner with this company has been a huge annoyance from the very beginning.  Their office staff is unresponsive, rude and not helpful in the least.  Emails are often responded days later by several different people that are clearly not communicating with each other. This causes different answers and more confusion.  It seems to be impossible to call actually get a live person on the phone.  I once left voicemails every day for a week before receiving a response.

They have allowed my tenant to damage my property without being responsible through the security deposit, they allowed them to cost me additional money sending repairmen to the home at times they agreed on then not being there to open the door or being inside and just not opening.  My repairman once claimed he heard people inside but no one would answer after 5 mins of knocking.  They made false reports for these repairs.  Once stating that there was mold in the AC units, my repairman simply cleaned the filters showing them it was dust/dirt...not MOLD.  They complained that a doorbell battery went up.  They said a roof was leaking when in reality they had a window open and the rain came in.  The biggest was during the coldest week of the year, they said there was no heat.  I had to send a HVAC repairman out as an emergency to discover they had turned off the furnace.  It makes me sick to think of all the money I paid in repairs and housecalls for some of this nonsense.

Finally, the lease was up and I clearly decided to no renew.  My property was left damaged well beyond wear/tear.  There were tears in the carpet, deep scratches in most of the walls, washing machine and dishwasher no longer function, an outdoor light fixture ripped off the side of the house, a trellis in the back yard broken in half with the post removed from the ground, and a doorknob removed from a door and replaced with only a lock causing one to have to tug on the key in order to open the door.  None of this was considered the tenant responsibility.  The manager, Veronica asked me if I had a picture of the specific doorknob that I claimed they removed.  Really?

All in all, I'm absorbing more costs to fix my property back to the condition it was prior to renting....so far...that's cost me 3K.  I would not recommend this company to anyone that is expecting them to actually manage a property.  It's been nothing but a hassle and I'm happy to be rid of them.
