Real Stuff Sports Sold me a replica helmet, but advertise that they are authentic Waterford Michigan

I purchasd a New York Yankee helmet from REAL STUFF SPORTS on 4/07/09, received it on 4/15/09. When i received it was not what they advertised.

The helmet is not authentic. It does not have the MLB Logo on the back of the helmet, it does not have the MLB Hologram on the inside, the helmet has a matte finish(not glossy) to it, and it looks beat up.

I tried contacting Frank numerous times in order to resolve this matter, but like no word from Frank.
