We attended RTN free seminar on March 2009. We signed so called application form. We told the guy who approached us with a clip board with the application form for one-to -one coaching. We told him "No" but he insisted us to get their service.

We told them we didn't have money. We signed the paper.  We gave the card number that was our big mistake. Two days later, we called the same guy that we would like to cancel for the service.

He accepted our cancellation. We thought everything was taking care of. We never attended any of their financial counseling sessions. We still felt fishy that they might have withdrawn our money so we talked to our banker about our circumstance. The bank offered to change our card number.

We got a call from RTN 11 months later that we still owed them $1,979.00.
RTN tried to collect the money from us. She didn't give her name but she  yelled at us on the phone and told us that if we wanted to cancel the contract, we had to pay $ 900.00 for the cancellation fee. RTN called repeatedly to our home and work.
She was very rude and kept telling us to show the prove that we canceled thier service.

Next thing was that they sent us to Conrad Credit Co. CCC threatened us to pay
$1, 979.00 we never owed to RTN. Conrad Credit Co. said in the letter that they would report to three credit bureaus.

In order to finalize our cancellation, we have submitted complaints to the following:

Colorado District Attorney
Called Radio Broad cast
U.S Federal Trad Commission
Consult with FBI white collar Crime /Mas Marketing Fraud Dept.
BBB
IRS Criminal Investigation Dept.
Business gov. deta base to check if RTN has a legal right to do business in the state.

RTN called the next day after we sent the email, they canceled our contract and clear the CCC account. We got a call from CCC to conform our address to clear our fault record.

Now everything is over but we had sleepless nights caused by RTN. We really need apology for making our lives misery. It took a whole month to cancel our application that we signed back in March last year! According to Consumer Protection law, the company should have three to five cooling off time.

Every victim should have the right to ask their refund as soon as possible before they go bankrupt. !!

Please take an action to get your money back ! It's not too late if you do now!
