REALGOLDSOFT Damage your hard drive, your computer will go black and useless. Baku, Other

   I was on my computer and the copmuter started to not work right. Then a pop up came on stating I have a vicious virus trying to invade my PC and I needed to down load this software to fix it. This was December 29th 2009.

   Then I tried to start it all over again as in rebooting it. Then the same thing happened  and it wouldn't let me go anywhere, and the same message popped up again, and it let me put in my information as far as my credit card went. Then in a split second it said to print this for your records and I went to print it and it disappeared before I could reach the button to turn on my printer.

   It sent me no email confirming that I got the program to fix the computer and paid for it , it did not give me a key code, or a confirmation number as for a purchase. 

   This did not solve the problem and I had to call Microsoft to fix it. I called the bank a couple of weeks later as it came in as a charge on my statement. I didn't even think I was really charged, as nothing said I was, so I didn't think they got my charge card number, but they did.

   Today is March 16th,2010 and my Visa company won't return the charge as I have no paperwork or account number, or telephone number. Now what do I do???

I thought Visa and Master Cards were suppose to protect the owners of the cards?? Well the Credit Union Visa Cards won't reverse the charge back to the scammers. I can tell them where they are but not anything else. Figure this one out, I got duped and no one cares, not even my visa Card services...
