Rebecca Copes Dix(dob 1-15-72) has given birth to 5 children and has never taken responsibility for any of them.
She has three children in North Carolina that she left age age 1, 2 and 4. She has failed to pay child support or execute any parental visitation given to her. She refuses to work at any public job in order to keep from paying child support. She fails to attend any child support hearings in North Carolina.
She has not had a permanent address in over 10 years. The last conversation that she had with her children was almost 18 months ago. Holiday's and birthday's have past and no one has heard from her. She has filed for disability in the state of Virginia. Child Support Enforcement has had no luck in collect any support from her.
