Rebecca VanMeter will seem like a loving caring person with her only goal of breeding miniture dogs for sale.  These dogs sell for over $1,000!  I saw five of her miniture beagles.  They were malnurished and starving for human contact.  She told me to keep them in cages and only take them out every other day for exercise.  I told her that they barked constantly and she recommended spraying them with vinegar.

Maybe Rebecca's cause is noble and good but when a vet cannot recognize what the breed is...then I think you're paying too much for a dog.  Better to go to the ASPCA and get a mixed breed dog for free because you're going to get a mixed breed sick, underfed dog from her.  DO NOT have any contact with this breeder.  She lies and quite frankly is more concerned for her profit than the life and welfare of her dogs.  Stay away from Queensbeagle.com for your own sake.
