RECORD SETTER DJS TODD BRALEY BREACH OF CONTRACT, Internet

We hired Mr. Braley to provide a DJ service and two videographers to a special event we were having to insure good video coverage.  He showed up as the DJ as expected but did not hire any videographers.  Instead he did the video taping and the DJ service simultaneously.  Needless to say the event was not covered adequately by video (DVD) and some important scenes were omitted.  In part of the video the camera was blurry and all over in a state of confusion.  He required all money to be paid prior to the event which we did.   After observing the DVD we communicated our displeasure he refuses to refund the price of the premium package or any part of it that we purchased or make any other arrangements. He was difficult to get a hold of by email or phone.  His customer service skills need much room for improvement.
