Recovery Management Service - RMS Collection Harassment Lombard Illinois

This person called me at work and harassed me for a debt that had already passed its statute of limitation. After several of those harassing phone calls I felt like I had no choice but to pay what he claimed I owe. I am still trying to figure out how they came up with the amount they claimed I owed, as it was not even close to what I owed.

Unfortunately, at the time I did not know anything, and the person made me feel like I had no rights. I would suggest if you are ever contacted by any one from Recovery Management Service Inc. (RMS, Inc) that you do not talk to them. RMS Inc tactic is to get someone on the phone who will tell you that he is the manager and that you need to pay or else. Be aware of these guys they will harass you and will not stop harassing you, especially if they feel that they have intimidated you.

If you have already been dealing with these guys I suggest you start looking for help now. There are many websites out there that will tell you what your rights are.
