Recreational Factory Warehouse is a ripoff. Melbourne, Florida

It's like where do I begin......
My husband I live in Port St. John which is about a 45 minute drive to Melbourne, to look at above ground pools. We met a guy named Mike, very nice guy, we talked about all the different pools and options, we found that we liked the Eternity 24', we were undecided at that point if we were gonna buy, he said we could put down a small amount of money to guarantee we would have a pool there when we decided, we said ok, because he gave us a money back guarantee if we decided we didn't want it.

No problem. ( Please keep in mind we are planning our wedding in the mean time ) Time passes by and we get a call from Mike asking if we were gonna get the pool and we said yes, but time is hectic right now, he asked if we could go ahad and close on the pool, so it would be on his April account, I said no problem, but we can't pick it up until early June, he said can you pick up some of the pieces ,I said no it is impossible due to us planning a weddingand we had other things going on that weekend, I said how about delivering it, he said yeah, but theyt can't deliever any time soon and then I can't close on it. So...

we decided we will make time to go pick it up THAT weekend that was so busy. For their convience. So we went to pick it up and MIke loaded everything (we thought) on our truck. Went home WE unloaded everything into our porch, I scheduled the pool to be installed May 29th, this is after the wedding and the honeymoon.

May 28th, I get a call from Aquatic Innovation ( installers ) they state when they get there we owe them $299 for installation I told them we paid for everything at RFW, they said no this charge is separate from them, so we said , ok. We called and talked to Mike he said oh yeah that charge is separate, didn't I tell you that?.....

May 29th installers arrive, bright and early in the morning. First off they tell us our grade is off 11 in.,they have to get a bobcat in there do that grading, ok that's $250. We were lucky to get him that day. ( Otherwise my husband could of done it) The installers start putting together there parts that they can while the bobcat is there, and the installers come to me and say they are missing a box (the base of the pool ) the installer calls his people, his people call RFW and then

I talk to the mgr. Mark ( what a joke he is ) he says we need you to came pick up the box, I said that is impossible I have 3 children here I am watching, he said check with the installers, see if they can come get it..yeah right! That's not the installers job! He said you come pick it up we will compensate you in some way w/chemicals or something....

He stated they didn't know when they could deliever it, it could take up to 2 weeks. Well we got the deliveries company phone # ( which they don't even deliever there own products ) so we could check to see when it could be delievered, they told us in 2-3 days, they would check for us and they did, they delieved it the next day. My husband asked what kind of compensation he (Mark ) would offer for the inconvience he said none, if you don't want the pool, bring it back! My husband you really don't want it back there are no boxes and somethings are already put together. He just argued w/my husband and would not compensate us in anyway.

Now our pump is not working correctly and we have to call them tomorrow ( Monday ) so we will see what happens tomorrow.
