We should have known.... TANSTAAFL.... There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. We had purchased condos in Scottsdale from Drew and Darya. ... and all staff included quick talkers, smoozers, young, charismatic, radio talk show deceivers, thieves. We did not get what we purchased!!!! They were vague whenever we called - when the bad times came, they no longer took phone calls, emails, etc. and walked away from any responsibility they had. They took money that was ours in rents, did not pay HOA fees, tied the hands of the HOA manager, did not pay Real Estate taxes due, etc, etc. and left us high and dry to fend for ourselves from the other side of the country. SO much for their "hassle free" invesments they sold us.

They are NOT honest people, they have NO integrity, a POOR reputation in all areas of Real Estate. They should lose their brokers licenses. The State of Arizona Department of Realtor Board is in the process of a large investigation on them. BEWARE of their "New" Business name.... WPO Management!! You too will lose if you do any business with them!!!!
