Family bitten by bed bugs in room 204 at Red Roof Inn 2449 Brice Rd., Cols, OH 43223. Evidence of bug captured in video and pictures. Bites on son and self. Swollen, red, body parts, itching, temperature change, tightness of hands and arms, with no over the counter medication relief. Fearful of carrying bed bugs on with us. In need a lodging for 2 additional weeks at the expensive rates for two secured rooms. Undoubtedly, we are disturbed and have paid thus far for an excess of three days. We are so tired of being taken advantage of and placed in inhabitable conditions, where no external entity steps in and forces persons and/or businesses to protect consumers. The two people bit by bed bugs at the RED ROOF IN are in pain and are suffering. Never book a room here, EVER! It is russian roulette on whether you get a bed bug room or minimally cleaned room. Despite the lower cost of rooms here, no one deserves beimg bitten and incurring medical costs. I have no health insurance so a personal injury consideration is being entertained.
