I have been signed up with this debt program for a year and they "have not settled on a nrgotiation yet" with any of my creditors. It's been a year! 

I now have a few of my credit card companies calling me and filling suit against me and this whole time I've been properly communicating with my case manager in a timely fashion

And to this day she said none of them settled a negotiation. I'm starting to get letters from small claims court and settled a monthly payment with them and am now paying the court my monthly bills

She is not even aware I've worked out a payment plan with the court and besides that Iam paying on a credit card that is in the program for the past 6 mos and she wasn't even aware of it

When I told her I payed that c.c she stood silent for a min. And didn't have an explanation!

I've asked for advice from my caser manager about one of  the c.c in particular she said just to ignore them until I actually got a letter f from court with an answer

Sheet in it... she still told me to ignore  it! She said it was a scare tactic from the c.c company to get the money.  Mind you i was contacting her about this same c.c comp. For the past year! 

I never receive phone calls from her just e mails but when she did tell me she was going to call me she never did

This company is sketchy and a complete scam!
