The owner, Charles Jeffrey Edwards, not only doesn't pay his employees, but when he does, the checks are most likely to bounce. And its not only his employees, the checks to his vendors bounce as well. Jeff demoted his top employee because he started paying them cash instead of checks. He's so behind on checks, by the time you quit, he still owes you 2 or 3 paychecks. It is impossible to get him to pay you what he owes. He borrows thousands of dollars to "pay his employees" but that money is no where to be found. It's gotten to the point where other ex-employees are protesting outside of the car wash. It's ridiculous.

The actual car wash itself is really good. Everyone is very nice and friendly and they do a good job with the washes. He's not ripping off the customers, he is ripping off the employees and vendors.
