Having worked for REDCATS USA a Seller of Woman clothing such as romans chadwicks woman within metro style and kings size just a few to mention, I can say Customer complaints of bening ripped off are true. As a Former Employee of REDCATS USA I was forced to sell thrid part sales such as agless woman comsequie and UMG the Buyers Edge, We as employee were to paid comission on each sale and in addition to Comission for Add on sales such as addition items that go with the orginal item such as a bathing suit we would try to sell them a Cover up. This was a requirment of the joband faulire to try and sell the customer the item could lead to termination as well as the thrid parties offers Makeup Buyers edge and agless woman. The company promises to pay there sales person .75 Cents for each additional item sold to the customer and then each month in the thrid week you receive what is called incentive pay from the month prios sales.

The company demands that part of youre job is to offer the customer these items no matter what failure to do so could lead to youre termination. In addition the company in a effort to make things worse for the Employee and the Customer was to come up with a hair brain sceem of a hard and soft no on the sale.

If the customer said no to additional sale item and or Thrid party sales was the Customer saying the no with well not today or was the customer saying a hard no a delimia for the Sales person as the Sales perons calls each month before they receive ther commission on sales three calls are evulated by Qulity control If they Coporate Call Evulators think the customer was saying a soft no then the Employee would be penlized for that call and point would be removed from there Quality score with get this... can cut youre pay on incentive by up to 25% to 50% meaning they take the money you have allready earned away!!! IN MY BOOK NO weather soft or a LOUD NO MEANS NO!! the sales person should stop all addtional sales offers. At REDCATS No Mean try to sell harder or you will lose youre pay.

in One case I had earned well over 100.00 in Comissions for the Month of Jan 07 and Feb 07 and becase I did not say and youre billing address is -------- I lost over 25% of may incentive pay two months in a row over one word (billing) Even though each time i verfied the customers address in all cases.

It is my allagation that the company delveloped this call evulation standard to take money back from hard working employees not to assit the customer.

Redcats refuses to allow the Customer to place there order and just that there order we were forced by Supervisors to sell sell sell every thing you could and can or you could be fired!!!

I too a former employee has also been scamed by REDCATS USA. I also demanded that the company stop deducations from my pay heck for insurance as I had lost over 100.00 in Montly income due to a reduction in child support i receive I have two children one is disabled. In addition to my bening disabled with weekly appointments to the Dr i files for FLMA which took forever to get approved and they love playing games with a Doctors paperwork stalling dealy ect.

In April of 2006 while on vacation I fell off my roof brusing my lungs and spleen I was out on medical leave by Doctors orders in addition I could hardly breath due to the pain The Dr Ordered I reamind out of work for 5 addtional days and signed Dr orders to that extent. i was to be out thouth the 11th of April and Retunr the Moroing of the 12th at 10:00 Am on the 11th I received a Call from My Supervisor demanding I return to work or my ATA would be used and I could be fired for not going to work despite i had approved medial leave and was still in great pain. The Supervisor violated my Doctors orders and demanded that I come to work or I could be fired. Again in DIRECT VIOLATION OF DOCTORS ORDERS she wanted me there cause i was a good seller and could care less that I could Hardly breath or move.

Again On Janurary 30th 2007 I had applied for VTO Voulnarty time off and also a Flotaing Holiday which you are paid for so I could have dental surgery I had a Broken Tooth and dental pain as well as a infection this mind you was approved a week before I had the dental surgery The Policy on Floating holiday pay and vacations is you have to work the days before and the day after in Order to get paid for that Floating Holiday and or Vacation Day. Well I was in so much pain with the Tooth I called in on Monday used ATA (allowed time Absesne) and then I had a Apporoved VTO day on Tuesday On that Day I was having Dental Surgey and had the tooth removed On Wed this was my day off and On thursday this was a Approved floating Holiday I worked the Fri and Sat after as reques in pain but i worked It. Do you think they cared no The Supervisor Took My Floating Holiday pay and did not pay me!!! her excuse was well uhhhh you did not work Tues the day before Told her was approved off by Operations well then uhhhh you missed Monday Please this Company rips off Employees just as bad as they do the Customers.

They do all they can to make to the pay and Comissions to look really good on paper but do all they can to take youre hard earned money back.

I had filed a Complaint with the Texas Attorney General office first week of march for there human resources refual to stop taking Insurance deductions out of my Check they refused and Ingored me I then alled Athena and told them about this they said thats all up to the Employer So I filed a Complaint which got back to the Comapny pretty fast this led to my termination

On 2/16/2007 I was granted a Raise for Great sales performance and doing a great job. Well I never saw the raise until the 2nd week of March 2007 even thousgh it had been approved in Feb by the Branch Manager and my Supervisor. Get this on Sat 10th march I was called to the Branch managers office by my Supervisor and was told they wanted there 24 cent raise back mind you they changed the raises to a yearly deal rather than every 6 months and wanted the raise back staing i had used 90% of My ATA time and they were taking the raise back Iwas instructed by The Branch manager that the Supervisor would make a New Performance evulation sheet and it woul dhave the old wage on it rather then the raise and demanded I sign it. I REFUSED!!

They Stated it was not a option. I REFUSED they had denied severa people raises based on the evuluation score they use and a 5 on any rating gets you denied a raise So they were aware of this when they reviewed me for a Raise in Feb Employer Neglence on the part of both of them. People lose raises and Incentinve pay they like to call it its a commission they extremly hard at taking back what you earn which crap like this.

REDCATS has several compalints against them not just from Employees but YES customers there livley hood I have never seen such a stupid company not have i ever worked for such a stupid company that refuses to listen to the Customer!!!!


NO MEAN NO Let them order what they want and stop trying to sell them the hole damm store. This not only is aggravating to the customer but alos very stressful for the Sales person as if you dont you lose waages and commissions and could terminated you have Quaility control people doing all they can to get there money back and they attempt to judge the customers NO if they think its a soft no THE SALES PERSON is Penlized by a 25 to 50% Loss in Incentinve pay commission they take the money back you have allready earned!!!

THE CUSOMER IS RIGHT They do not want to hear all the other crap that is forced down there throat when they call to order just a Swim suit!!! NO MEAN NO PEROID !! Texas need to go to a No Rebuttal state Petttion youre lawmakers to make it so Once NO is said to a Offer nothing fuhter is offered. Peroid PETTION YOURE LAW MAKER TO MAKE THIS A LAW!! IN TEXAS

I no longer work for the comapny as a result of refusing to sign there paper stating they were taking my raise back and the fact that I told them they are wrong in treating Employees like this working so hard to con there money back from Employees Noe the Less by the time i got back to my work station security was on the way and escorted me out of the Building I was fired becase i have morals ethics and I filed a Texas attroeny General Claim on them

In Addition I was sent my Last check today and Yes they scammed me again Missing Comssions and a weeks of vacation pay they owe me!!!!


Be affraid be very affrid to call them and order they will take every dime they can get from yu in once call This customer complaints listed on this site are true and correct with name selling and other information as well as not listing to the Customer NO MEANS NO!!!!!!!
