I contracted their services to provide warehouse management software (WMS) for my business.  It was supposed to manage the locations of our products and manage the orders that we receive: pick, pack, ship, cycle count, etc.  It was specifically designed to work with our accounting software, Quickbooks and designed for use on a mobile device, as the orders would be processed on a mobile device.

I previewed the software as much as humanely possible to make sure it was going to be what we want.  What I couldn't see was two things which turned out to be the Achilles heals.  I couldn't see the mobile device system (too complicated to set up for a demo, they said).  I also couldn't see how it interfaced with my QB system.  This seemed obvious because they couldn't demo this using my live account.

After 8 weeks of set-up, I finally gave up.  I was promised 3-4 weeks to set up.  The mobile interface was crap; it didn't do much of anything and what it did do was bulky.  The final straw was the QB integration.  It didn't work.  After much struggling they fixed the Purchase Order side for me.  Big whoop, I only have a dozen purchase orders a year.  The finally told me to fix the Sales Order side, they would need to reprogram the software ($200*5 hours).  I told them before we even started that this was my concern, and now they want an extra $1000 to get it to work like they said it would before I signed the contract.

They tried to hold me to their one-year contract, but I think they have walked away from that demand now because they have been quiet for a while.  They still stole >$5000 just to waste my time.  Don't use RedPrairie unless you want a big corporate overlord create a large, complicated software program that only does half of what it should do with twice as big of a headache as it should be, run by employees who don't even understand their own product.
