Red Save have a number of scams. Firstly they offer a discount price on gifts and gadgets, when you purchase the gift or gadget they retain your card details for their "club" They then debit your card 19.95 each and every month if you don't cancel within 30 days. They did not make this at all clear, although I believe they have now remedied this.

Secondly, it is at their whim whether you receive your goods or not. Having read this in a number of reviews and realising I had made a mistake, I cancelled my order immediately (within 15 minutes of placing it) I emailed them to confirm, to be doubly sure that I would receive a refund. Despite a response that I would receive this in due course, they have kept my hard earned cash since the beginning of December (now 9 March) 

A disgusting fraudulent company that should not be allowed to remain trading.
