Customer Service unwilling to assign an RMA Return Authorization Number for another TBX Free Stop Smoking product shipment did 4/21/2016, due to shipping a prior 30 day supply with an incorrect RMA No./Order No., furthermore, the consumer closed the account on April 27, 2016, only to receive a partial refund of 40.00 out of the originally charged 89.95, only to receive another auto ship order days prior on April 21, 2016, as shipping overlapped the account closure and currently stuck with the April 21, 2016, 30 day supply product and another charge of 89.95.
