This company promised Refunds from Federal Express and UPS. This software was NOT what they claimed it to be. It has absolutely nothing to do with UPS or Federal Express.

It is not a business that can be done from home unless you run a shipping business. This software is for the birds!

The only thing actually redeemable, is IF I receive the free airline tickets that supposedly come with it. I have been waiting on them for 4 weeks now

Rapid Recovery Refund Software is a rapid rip off. I'm not sure if you've reviewed other reports here about this software, but they are not good. This is not to imply the company sells defective software. The fact is a lack of demand for this specialized service. UPS and Federal Express simply price you out of the market. You are not authorized to have access to their customer account information, and they grant refunds COST FREE. A customer has to provide documentation from UPS or Federal Express, and no one else. They have their own people to process refunds.

I hope you can get those airline tickets, and that they are worth the money invested.
