You know the saying, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. After checking this site and others, I do feel this is a scam. I have cancelled my order and my credit card. It's interesting to note that other domain names they have used have expired such as refurbishedxbox360.com and refurbishedxbox.com. They hit fast and then move on.
