Regal cigs.com Unauthorized charge of $119.95 to my card, based on a scam promotion online, offering electronic cigar kit free only paying shipping $4.95 Tempe Arizona

The   firm  Regal Cigs.com,  promotes on internet, electronic cigars at  no  cost   if  you    are   among  20 persons, (winners) ,  their   promotion  says that  must  pay  only  $4.95  for  shipping, that   the  kit    is  for  starter smokers,  so  I  saw it  great  and  fill out   the  form  they give   online,   the cigar  (only  one) arrived  a 2  weeks later they charged  my card   $119.95   ...I  called them  and  told  to remove  the  charge  and  i  am  returning   the   kit,   and  early morning   will call the  bank  to see   if  they  can  remove  it. I  hope  they will do it.  Attention smokers, you  could  be  scamed  too by  this company.
