Regal Entertainment Group - United Artist's Theatres Regal Sandhills Cinema 16 Reported a manager for harassment, was fired days later. Columbia, South Carolina

I am a, now, former employee from the Regal Entertainment Group. Which is a theater chain with thousands of theaters nationwide. I recently fired a report of harassment against a manager at the Sandhills Cinema 16 location in which I worked. After about 2 weeks, I get the results of the investigation.
I am to be suspended, termination pending.
The next day, I get fired.

The reason for me getting fired was that they deemed that I "Acted unprofessionally" but never explained how it was that I acted "unprofessionally."
As a result, the closed the case against the manager. With, as far as I know, no action taken against the manager.

Several employees wrote statements in regards to the situation. I have been told by a few of the employees that their statements were in favor of me, and that the manager did, in fact, harass me. None of them claim that I did anything wrong at all.

I file a report of harassment against a manager, and I am the one getting punished.
