Regal Lenders, Onc. They said I was approved for a $70,000. Loan but needed to a CIC card for Insurance on the unsecured loan. So I go to Wal-Mart to get the card but they didnt have it. North Hollywood California

I applied for a loan via internet. I received a call from Jason at Regal Lenders. He said I was approved for up $70,000. So I asked what the terms were. I liked the terms so I said I would like the loan. Jason then said that since it was a unsecured loan I needed either 2 cosighners or insurance. So I tell him I don't have 2 cosighners.

He said I would need to purchase a CIC card for $800. I go to Wal-Mart to get card but they didnt have it. I call Jason back and said to purchase google play cards and load the $800 on to them. So I do and called Jason back to redeem cards. He said I should receive a text confirming the transfer of funds. I received a text saying that the was transferred into my account.

I check my balance and the money is not there. I call Jason back and said the money wasn't there. He said their tax department is holding funds because of some kind of red flag. He said I would need to send another $2,000 to remove the red flag. He said they would pay $1,000 and I would need to pay the other $1,000 which he said would be refundable after the other money was transferred.

So I purchased another $1,000 in Google play cards from Walgreens. Call and redeemed cards. Jason said it would be like 15 minutes. Jason called me back saying that the their tax department would except the $2,000 only if it was from the same state. At this point I demanded either the loan money or the $1,800 back. He said it was not refundable. I asked to speak to a supervisor.

A man name Chris called me back saying he was from their legal department. He said I needed to pay the other $1,000 or I still would be responsible for the loan anyways. He said that they were out the $70,000 and they could not get it back. So that's were I'm at in the situation. HELP!
