Regina Home DB WEB HOLDING SRL I ordered a Danish sofa bed in November and paid the full amount. They never delivered the product to me. Fasano BR

This company sells a range of top-end designer furniture products in the UK through their website. They are also a supplier of Danish-made Innovation sofa beds. 

I ordered an Innovation sofa bed through them in November as they had bigger discounts than the UK suppliers of Innovation such as John Lewis.

This was a bad mistake. I think this company is fraud. I have subsequenly found out an Italian consumer chatroom also complaining about a product they never delivered.

The sofa bed was supposed to arrive within 12 weeks. Initially it was delayed by a month or two. Then they delivered it but it was pink instead of grey, which is the colour I had ordered. After that, they told me the new one would be sent to me within four weeks. 

It never arrived. The Danish company, Innovation, doesn't want to have anything to do with it as they don't supply directly. Regina Home does not answer the phones or emails anymore. 

THEY TOOK MORE THAN £1000 FROM ME AND NEVER DELIVERED THE SOFA BED. 

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AS I'M RECEIVING IMPORTANT GUESTS AND THERE IS NOWHERE FOR THEM TO SLEEP AND I LOST MY MONEY.

PLEASE ALERT ALL CUSTOMERS NEVER TO TRUST THIS COMPANY OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. 

I WOULD SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT INNOVATION, AS THEY ARE ALSO WIPING THEIR HANDS CLEAN EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR PRODUCT.
