I worked for Regional Adjustment Bureau (RAB) for nine (9) months.  During that time, I witnessed the company engaging in practices which I believe are deceitful and unethical and, in my opinion, would cause the company to lose their license to engage in debt collection practices.  Additionally, I was put in a situation by a fellow employee who may or may not be a manager (it's really difficult to tell sometimes) where I believed I was about to be physically assaulted.

First, the company cold calls business owners out of Reference USA, a service which is provided through your local library.  When the phone is answered, it's usually a receiptionist or secretary that screens calls.  When asked who is speaking, RAB will identify themselves as Integrated Systems, Regional Builders, or some other company name which is ficticional.  Should the receptionist or secretary inform the caller that the person they wish to speak with is unavailable, they will be told that they have a note on their desk to call them back right now, if you let them know it's me on the phone, they'll take the call.  On many occasions, this works and the call is passed through.  They make all phone calls anonymous or use spoofing technology to mask their real telephone number.  On many occasions, the use of these tactics are successful.  However, in my opinion, they are unethical.  Do you really want to start a business relationship on flat out lies and deceit?

Second, on April 11th, 2018 I was put in a situation where I believed I was going to be physically assaulted by Robert Fouse, a fellow employee.  Placing another employee in fear of his physical safety is not just wrong or bad for a company in general, it's against the US Department of Labor's Workplace Violence Program.  Kelly Broome, who is the Director of Commercial Sales, actually stated in a meeting that he supports the actions of Robert Fouse and Rusty Zercher, who is the Chief Operating Officer, stated that nothing occured which he is uncomfortable with.

If you are in need of professional collection services, there are many reptuable companies which are available.  Please do not support a company like this.  If you are considering working for this company, or if you've received an offer of employment, please rethink your decision.  There are better companies out there.

Ryan -- Time to move on...

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2018

RAB has been in business for over 50 years due to our loyalty and ethical treatment towards our employees and our clients.

Unfortunately, this is a classic example of a disgruntled former employee.  Ryan Reagan never voiced any concerns throughout his 10 months of employment at RAB.  RAB provided Ryan with a safe and encouraging work environment that Ryan enjoyed.  Ryan was so proud of his job that he brought his parents up to introduce them to everyone and he even got our logo tattooed on his arm (this was just two weeks ago).

After his employment ended, Ryan continued to beg for his job back in any capacity.  He stated that if I did not give him a job, he would file complaints with anyone he could to get back at us.  That conversation is all in writing.  Ryan has since followed through by filing several different frivolous complaints.

Luckily, we have video cameras to refute Ryan’s claims.  He was never physically assaulted nor was he threatened.  Ryan continues to lie in an attempt to harm RAB.

Completely Invalid and Unnecessary Report

AUTHOR: John - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2018

I am a long-term employee of RAB. Reading everything outlined in this report just floors me.

The reporter, Ryan Reagan, is making all sorts of claims against how we as a company are going about business. In no way, shape, or form are any of his claims found to be true. Each guideline of each specific state is handled properly each and every time. We have meetings quite often about the guidelines changing in the certain states, and make the changes necessary. As for the "unethical" practices we are apparently practicing, i am still trying to figure out where that is even coming from.

I fully believe that statement is a reach to get some sympathy for his current situation. There are processes in place to keep everything on track properly. The process in place is a part of the guidelines to be employed here. That being said, this was something that Ryan was unable to abide by. I worked with Ryan personally to get him on track and where he needs to be. He just flat out would not follow direction. The advice and training that we would provide would go in one ear and out the other.

Our management team takes time and work with each individual to adress everything going on so we can fix and improve as a team, Ryan wanted no part in the improvement of his work here at RAB. Everyone at RAB, including myself, will always step out to help, as long as the person that needs help is willing to learn and improve. I had spent so much time working with him for Ryan to flat out disreguard everything that everyone was saying.

This false report filed is clearly from an ex-employee that terminated himself by not following the guidelines that were signed off on by Ryan himself.

Ridiculous

AUTHOR: Laughable - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2018

This is a classic case of a disgruntled employee. I have worked for RAB for a long time and have never seen or heard of any type of unethical practice being performed by RAB. The allegations made my Ryan are 100% outrageous and false. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to smear a company that decided to part ways with someone who plainly and simply was unable to do his job. He “Loved his job” up until the very second he was let go. Loved it enough to get the company logo tattooed on his arm. This whole situation is just sad. Move on. Get another job and continue to try and better your life.

#1 UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Completely inaccurate

AUTHOR: kelly - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 17, 2018

Ryan Regan was a former employee here and loved his job.  He was, for quite sometime, fairly successful.  He worked here for almost a year and was very 'bought in' to our process and the way we do things.  Does he only think it's unethical because he no longer works here?  During the time he was here he never once complained about the process, management, how we sell, how we operate or anything negative whatsoever.  He signed an employment agreement stating he would not divulge anything proprietary.  This post alone shows, and is record, that he does not care about rules, laws or anything else he may sign his name to.

To get a true assessment of RAB, Inc I have included the below link.  These reviews are from current and past employees as well some clients:

https://www.facebook.com/rabcollections/

Ryan also loved here so much he got a tattoo of RAB on his upper right arm.  I have a picture of this that he VERY proudly displayed on Facebook explaining, on that same post, how much he loved his job.  Let me know if you'd like to see it.

I also have video of this alleged 'incident' Ryan says occured.  Everything is recorded and I'm happy to show that to anyone who'd like to see it.  There was absolutely no violence that occured, there was nothing that happened that is in any of Ryan's below descripition.  All of this, again, is recorded and ready to be viewed by anyone who wants to see it.

Ryan refused to do his job appropriately and was frustrating the other hard working employees around him who continually tried to help him get back on track.  Ryan's continuous refusal to do his job appropriately resulted in frustration to those around him.  Ryan was told he must not care for his job and Ryan took this as a physical threat and said it scared him.  Again, there is video evidence to support all of this.

Ryan's out of control actions and and unreasonable demands he made after this 'incident' made it impossible for him to stay here any longer.

There are employees here who claim that Ryan Regan has sexually harrassed them during his tenure here.  These reports have been and will continue to be reviewed and further pursued through it fruition.
