Regis Corporation Famous Hair Mistreatment of employees and unfair labor practices Dallas, Georgia

I worked for Famous Hair (Regis Corp.) for almost two years and was terminated for not charging a former employee for coloring her hair. This was done "off the clock" and I furnished my own supplies. I tried to talk to the area manager but she pretty much ignored what I have to say. Everyone in that shop has done this and not one of them has paid for their haircolor which is theft according to company policy. one of the stylists even neglected to make a bankdeposit until several days later and according to policy posted in the back room, this is a violation of company policy. There are stylists who refuse to do some services, also a violation...these people are still there. I plan to pursue this through the courts and anyone who can advise me, I'd welcome it. The area manager plays favorites with certain stylists and certain shops. She should not be an employee period. She's a liar, she has ALLOWED drugs to be bought, sold, and used in the shop. I made her aware myself well over a year ago. She ignored it because that stylist was on his way to jail on a PAST DRUG CHARGE.

This company is unfair and needs to correct this situation. I plan to hit Facebook and call for a boycott of all these shops. I've been a hairdresser for 33 years and have never seen the likes of this anywhere else I ever worked. BOYCOTT ALL REGIS SALONS!!!!
