With mother being elderly, these fraudulent "junk mailings" continue to increase and she continues to send in $20.

How in the world do you get them to stop these junk mails - they thrive on the elderly it appears. This last one this week states, "claimant folio release form that she has been duly verified to claim a cash reward on the date set forth, etc and that she has the option of securing folio document for sums totaling $1,298,497.18 - Assessment & Processing fee: $20.

This has got to stop.
