RehabList.com Deceptive Marketing and Services Not Rendered Tampa Florida

I was contacted by RehabList.com in July to join their exclusive services rendered as a partner for business contacts. After paying their "membership" fee, there were no contacts available in my area, I have documented asking for help many times during the next 3 months, and since fighting to get my money back. These employees have not followed up with my numerous requests for help, they do not return calls/e-mails, AND, took my name off of their program in August that I had paid for thru Dec.2007. I was verbally promised that I would be refunded if not satisfied. On top of taking my money for something that I did not get, in October they put another "partner" in my area that I had paid for (which he is not satisfied with services either). There was nothing ever sent to me in writing as a receipt, or agreement of terms.

All I have is Mario's word-which I took. Their story changes at every rebutal. Not one person knows what the other is doing (or saying). They have even claimed that I have spoken personnaly to the owner Mike Collins which I never had! One built up lie after the next. Thank goodness I document!!! This has turned into a huge coverup. I have every name, e-mail address and note involved. A file with every piece of correspondence. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY REFUNDED!! Please, I hope no one else gets caught up in this "scam" or any other.
