REI Secrets/Stacy Kellams is a CROOK! Austin Texas

 I bought a book from this company, REI Secrets, re: buying and selling property.  The book was $5.95 and I paid for it by using a credit card.  I think this was promoted as a free book, if you just paid for shipping and handling.  On the site, Mr. Kellams tries to "upsell" you for other, more expensive services, to which I responded by saying "no" to all of them.  The next month, my credit card was charged $97.  I called his phone number, which, surprisingly was a recording saying he was Stacy Kellams, and to leave a message, which he says he will return.  That was 4 months ago and he has not returned my call.  I'm guessing that he's a punk kid and is a one person business. 

I had my credit card company remove the charge, but he has done the same thing for the next 3 months, or, a total of 4 straight months.  I have talked to the security people at Chase Card Services, my credit card company, and they have told me that they can set up my account, so that anything that REI Secrets tries to charge me, will not be accepted.  I just checked my account, and there they are again, in a "pending" file, which is to be posted shorty.  There are others on the internet that have the same/similar experience with this little punk and I am ready to file a complaint in Small Claims Court on this Junior.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REI SECRETS, AND/OR STACY KELLAMS.  I think he is a male, despite the female first name, but these days, who can be sure?
