I just explained this in detail on the previous page.  However, I'll reiterate.

Internet Explorer made me aware of REimage Repair Free and trusting Microsoft as I do, I assumed this was another Microsoft entity.  My Hewlett Packard (HP) Desktop TouchSmart 300 was running fine, but I thought this program might find some minor "tweaks" to make Windows 7 perform even better.

Hence I set it in to action and at the end of the evaluation, to my horrified amazement, I was told my system was running in a "Red Alert" and that it must be repaired immediately.  This was expressed in a horizantal measurement bar which was almost 100% bright red.

At this juncture the word "Free" was nowhere to be found again.  Instead I was given an array of Premiums, ranging from $9/month to $100. (I don't recall, but the currency may have been in Euros) Before any repairs were to be performed, one had to choose one of these premium!

I chose none of the premiums for two reasons: a) I don't have the money; and even more importantly, b) I will never permit myself being swindled as long as I have a breath.  Having exitted as I did (backed out) to seek help, I'm now hoping my computer won't "explode" on me in the interim; this was how I came to know RIPOFF REPORT.  With electronics one can do wonderful things, but as every "ying" has its "yang", I am very concerned that they might do something dreadful!   Afterall our world runs on radio waves, e.g. TV's, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc and that's how they can repair things from a distance; likewise the opposite can also be done!  I'm living in fear that they will not retaliate with evil doings.

This is the second day that my time has been both absorbed and wasted by this issue.  How long might it be before I can hope to have a response from you?
