REJUVENEM RIPOFF - from "trial only pay shipping" to charging my credit card! St Petersburg Florida

Ordered trial of 2 cosmetic products.  Both were free, except for the shipping charges of $4.95 and $5.95 respectively.  The products were received promptly, but now my credit card is being charged $79.95 for one item and 89.95 for the other.  There were no stipulations about trying the products, returning them or re-ordering. 

I called Rejuvenem per the number on my credit card statement and the agent said I should have clicked on the terms and conditions somewhere buried on the internet.  I said to cancel future orders and that I wanted a refund. NO CAN DO she said (not in those words, but essentially!).  She then offered 25% discount.  i said no I want 100% refund being I simply was ordering the trial and already paid the advertised shipping.  Then she offered 50% discount and we repeated the scenario - I wanted 100% refund.  She said "No but I will cancel your order, here is your confirmation number of the cancellation, have a good day" and HUNG UP!  

Seriously?

Who does business this way except for scam artists?  I filed a dispute of the charges on my credit card.  SCAM!
