Me and my wife bought a car to reliable credit had it for almost 2 years my interest rate is so high that in the last two years I have been paid off most of my car I called them because I end up getting sick and I’m going to be late on the payment they are very rude told me no matter what you need to make a payment I asked him if you can move the payment to the end of my payment schedule please I need a little help I’ve had a heart attack I don’t know what to do explain to me well it’s nothing they can do I tell him well I’m gonna be filing bankruptcy there’s nothing more I can do and within two days a repossess my car the tow company that repossessed scratched my daughters truck. I would barely even let me get my tools out stole my personal pocket knife that fell on the ground just a very bad experience reliable credit one of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with and this was the very first time I’ve ever bought a car through a car lot I’ve always paid out right but my car is just really sucks

How Impressive!

AUTHOR: Perry Mason - (United States)

First off, you are with this subprime deadbeat lender because YOUR reputation is to NOT pay your bills on time! Of course, in very typical serial deadbeat fashion, YOU fail to pay them on time as well. Of course it's all their fault, isn't it? You come here and "write" all this in one long, continuous, run-on sentence without ANY punctuation, sentence structure or capitalization. These are things taught and learned in the second grade. Impressive! Very impressive!

Typical "Sub-Prime" entitlement attitude. As contrary to the title of your report, there was a reason for the Reposession. The reason was that you were unable to make your payment on-time as you made a legal agreement to.  A bank has a right to protect their assets(the car) if they feel that the borrower won't be able to complete the loan agreement.  Sure you don't have to like it, you can say you don't think they should reposess your car. But it is what you agreed to when you signed the legal agreement to pay them back a set amount of money, for a set amount of time.

Oh and as for the Bankruptcy "trick" you tried to pull. One very common ploy that is used by "Sub-Prime" borrowers is the threat that they are going to declare Bankruptcy, where a majority of thime they have no intention of doing so.  They do this because they "think" it will scare the creditor into doing what ever the borrower wants with the mistaken impression of "Well they will be happy to get something instead of nothing".  The part that the borrowers often forget is that the creditors are smart and see right through this.  In fact this "threat" generally has the opposite affect as it will often force a creditors hand to take action they may not generally take yet. So there is a very good chance had you not used the threat of "bankruptcy" you may still have your car.  By the way even if you do delcare bankrptcy that may not have protected your car. As if the judge feels that you can't afford the car they may still order you to return it. Especially if you are near paying it off and it could be used to pay off other debts.
