I needed to get a surgery done back in April of 2008 and was referred to Reliance Medical Finance. They were not able to get my loan in time before the surgery so I never got a loan from them. About a month later I received a bill for $395 for a cancelation fee. I never received any services from this company so why would I owe them any money? Simply for filling out an application.

I then started receiving more letters with the amount constantly rising saying that there was interest accruing. Now they said I owed them $573.57??
I then started receiving harassing phone calls from Eric Solton, Reliance's finance guy, telling me that if I don't pay he is going to send me to collections.

I refused to pay this amount since if I didn't use their service then why would I give them money. Well Reliance did send me to a collections agency. It was called Condor Finance Company. Guess who contacted me from Condor? None other than Eric Solton!

So not only does this guy give out shady loans to people from Reliance but then works for a sister company as he calls it, that collects bad debt. That sounds like a conflict of interest if you ask me.

Mr. Solton then had the audacity to call me on my cell phone and threaten me and tell me that I don't know s%$^ about the law and that he is going to sue my a$$ in court and that his attorney's charge $2,500 an hour!

Small Man Tried To have surgery.....

AUTHOR: Rfc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 23, 2010

Mathew Chis applied to RFC for the financing of p***s enlargement surgery. He filled out all the proper paperwork and signed the waiver stating there is a 395.00 cancellation fee once the contract is signed. The fee is to recover the cost of credit reports and underwriting. Once Mr. Mathew Chis cancelled the financing of his phalloplasty surgery he balked at paying his cancellation fee.

We have filed a small claims case against him but could not get him served as his address has changed since he applied for surgery.

Mathew Chis claimed he is a student and could not afford a 395.00 cancellation fee. His claim of being a student is false as he applied using the Gallo Wine comapny as his full time employer.

Good Luck Mathew Chis.....This will be able to come off your credit is 5 more years.
