I took a car loan from these people in 2006. Gave them a large down payment and financed about $8000. They charged me 25% interest despite me not having bad credit. When my dad died in 2007 I continued making my payments through 2008...despite having to go on disability. If my payments were 2 days late I was harassed and threatenend nonstop - I heard there is a class action lawsuit against them now.

These people are unscrupulous and threaten their clients.

No Evidence

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 11, 2016

If they were shut down as you claim, why in your original posting would you be wailing about a C/A? What a nice little discrepancy in your story! Beyond that, there is no evidence they've been shut down. Just pay your bills on time!

You can't work for them because they were shut down.

I financed through them because I had NO credit. Not BAD credit but NO credit - meaning I never took out student loans or had credit cards or debt. I am actually SMART like that. And I bought a nice newer model Volvo while working 2 jobs; 1 full time and 1 on weekends to support myself and my child after leaving my abusive husband who got felonies for abusing me.

I was only 4 days late on 3 payments in 2008 and you want to know WHY my payments were a couple days late?

Because my father SHOT HIMSELF IN THE HEAD and I was in extreme grief and shock...things happen in life and even scumbag financial companies should have compassion for their clients because we are all humans having human experiences.

I am so happy this company was shut down. They were unprofessional.

So Then...

If you have such good credit, why are you not being financed by a bank with a much, much lower APR? You also state you have such wonderful credit but you are late making payments. Guess what, you don't have good credit. Bottom line here is you don't pay on time and you come to this website to cry and whine about their bill collectors calling you. Why not do what you stated you would do in your contract and make payments on time, every time? It works perfectly and you never hear from them and you won't need to be wailing about a C/A suit just like serial deadbeats do? Don't bother wasting the effort because I'll tell you right now...I don't work for them.
