ive been trying to get an appointment for several months to fix a leak.  The lady has problems with English, very hard to understand and quite rude.  She actually spoke on the phone twice but that is rare, mostly you have to leave a message which never gets returned.  I did manage to get two promises but they were no call- no show.  Once they claim to have sent someone without notice but I was not home.

leak detection found that one of the water inlet fittings is cracked and has to be replaced.  This is a warrantee issue but they will not respond to messages or email.  

My next stop will be the contractors board.
