Rene Robles, R & R FLOORING, LLC Mr. Robles and I came into an agreement to do flooring, a tiles bathroom which was to complete with a shower door & hand rails for my handicapped ec-husband, Brooksville, FL Florida

I have yet to have the work completed. I have NEVER received an outline of all the work he was doing, And on most of the days he was scheduled to be here, he no showed, not even a call. He still has not installed the shower door to the bathroom. All of my Louver doors are gone. The first shower door Rene brought over here to install,  he shattered it everywhere, It was excuse after excuse and as of today, the paint has not been completed, the floors are missing quarter round and in some cases they are here but not hammered or glued down. 

The last message i received after many phone calls, starting in November with no answers replied to Reads:

"November 29th, 6:36 pm

Cindy I apologize I have a lot going on personally and    I usually pretty good at keeping things seperate but its just kicking my a*s right now. I'll be there in the early afternoon to move thinga foward. Thank you for your patience and I really appreciate everything," 

As explained to Rene many times, my ex-husband was coming home from the nursing home on November 18th, 2021 and I am still having to give him bed baths. I was promised by Rene that everthing would be done by his release home. Still nothing from Rene, so therefore I am going thru the court system now. 

I even offered to lend him my car. I never questioned what he spent for my repairs at Home Depot. All I ever wanted was a habitable home for me to bring my loved one.
