Many times people have mentioned that Rent A Center has been to their house or called from a personal cell phone after the store was closed as late as 1100pm , and nothing was ever done.

The store manager of this store has lied to H.R. many times and also has lied to his D.M. to maintain his job at this business. With a list of customers that would agree with the above said statement . This manager has numerous reports to H.R. for these actions and nothing has been done.

Everything is documented and is in black and white , but yet as a business they allow this to still happen , If cell phone records were asked for from this store manger from the past year they would reveal that the store manger was making personal phone calls to customers .

Many times the store employees were instructed to make calls from their cell phones customers , at a chance of loosing their jobs. This was mandatory per the D.M.
