Repeat the Heat I bought four of these at a bridal showcase. I specifically asked the salesman if the material inside the the pouch returns to gel state on its own because I was buying two of these for my grandmother who has terrible arthritis.Dania FL

I explained that getting up to use the microwave is even sometimes inconvenient for her during the day and especially at night when she wakes up in pain. He said "yes, it will stay warm for 1-2 hours and then it returns to normal." He did not have any boxes on display, and he actually tried to sell us the open products that he had on display. We asked for new products in the original box; however, we did not get a chance to read the boxes until we got home. We opened the product, "clicked," and waited. Unfortunately, the salesman either had no idea what he was talking about or deliberately lied to sell his product. We were not informed that this product has to be submerged in boiling water until the crystals dissolve completely and cooled for over an hour before it could be reused again. We contacted the company and they would not allow us to mail unused products for a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this company's customer service and now I have four expensive pieces of hard plastic packs that are beyond inconvenient to use.
