A normal order with Replacement Lens Express was not filled. As I checked on the status several weeks later, they told me that they did not have the frames I requested and if I would choose another. The second frame was also not available and I have asked them to refund the money. Two weeks later, there is no refund and none of the phone numbers can be reached.
