Keisha Gomes of Replicahause is a downright dirty lying thief. I bought a replica panerai for over $700 in 10/25/2016. I received the watch in the middle of Nov. The watch never kept time and I found myself having to adjust it a few times per day. It was getting worse as the year went on. In Dec, I contacted Keisha and was told to ship it back and they would cover even though out of. Warranty. I took a photo of my watch just before I shipped it. The watch was not broken. Keisha instructed me not to send it insured and I didn’t. I packed it in a padded envelope and when they received it they sent me back a pic with a broken chrystal and blamed me for not packing it right. He wanted to charge me $110 and I was naturally upset because it was packed in a padded envelope and I wasn’t allowed to insure. After a month of arguing I agreed to pay him the $110 and he said only by money wire. I said just fix the watch and send back to me with the broken crystal. He agreed. When a month passed and I didn’t receive anything, I reached out and he responded that the watch was out of warranty and he decided to throw my watch out. Total ripoff, dishonorable, and rude in every way. Not sure how they sleep at night? I now believe that when they received my watch, they deliberately broke the crystal to make an excuse to replace the crystal and band and then sell to some other person looking for a nice Panerai replica.
